- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went into the office with an eye problem, presented my insurance card and my co-pay, I was treated with great respect by the attending physician, however the billing dept did not submit my claim to my insurance company,and months later I received a bill in the mail from a credit agency saying that i did not pay the bill, the insurance company said the claim was never submitted. now that the insurance won't pay the claim due to the eye centers non billing where is my justice?September 08, 2017by A Google User
